GSUC Toll Free Access

 

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2007, Information Technology will introduce three Toll Free numbers that will enable individuals to call The Graduate Center toll free from anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

 

The following Toll Free numbers will put callers in touch with these services:

• 1(877) 4-CUNY-GC (1-877- 428-6942), The Graduate Center main number, Automated Attendant and the GC Operator. Press “0” to speak with the operator between 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday.
• 1(877) 846-9777, The Graduate Center Voicemail System: Check your voicemail from anywhere in the US free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• 1(888) 228-4950, The Graduate Center Teleconferencing Bridge: A service for callers to participate anywhere in the U.S. in a scheduled telephone conference call, free of charge. A total of 8 participants (internal and external) can join in a single conference call.  Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling Jack Tralongo at 212-817-7340. Instructions on how to use the conference bridge will be explained when the reservation is made and written instructions will be posted on the GC website.
